Located at the north end of Figure 8 Island, this home really is the best of all things. It has a yard for the kids to play, while still just a stroll across the street to the beach. From the multiple decks, you can enjoy the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset to the west. With two spacious living areas, and each bedroom having a private bath, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. This would be a great option for large families, multi-generational families or multiple families vacationing together.
The main living area is on the third floor and is filled with sunlight and gorgeous furniture and decks off each end. This great room has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and a beautiful dining area that can easily seat 8. The very large kitchen is set up to accommodate multiple cooks plus a wet bar, a breakfast table for 2 and stools at the bar. The first of two master suites with a king bed and ensuite bath is also on this floor, along with one other bedroom and bathroom.
The second floor contains the other master suite, with a king bed, sitting area and bathroom. The ground floor has a large garage with multiple bikes, a grill, and so many beach chairs and toys. There is also an enclosed, outside shower to rinse off the salt and sand.
