A lovely, marsh front home with ocean views and multiple decks that provides you with gorgeous views of both sunrise and sunset.
The home is split into different living spaces, perfect for multi-family or multi-generational vacations. The main home, on the 2nd level, has very large and open living and dining spaces. The kitchen boasts additional eating areas plus 2 large islands for entertaining or food prep. Also on this level are 3 bedrooms (king, queen and 2 twins), each with its own bathroom, a powder room and a laundry room. You will enjoy spacious decks on both sides of the home on this 2nd level, with views of the ocean, the marsh and the Intracoastal Waterway. There is an additional bedroom and bath on the lower level, with 2 sets of bunk beds, plus fitness equipment.
The guest house is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. This space has a family room, dining areas and a kitchenette. This area has 2 queen bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Also on the ground floor, there is a large, covered outdoor living space, complete with a hammock, tables, chairs and a grill. Follow the wooden path down to your private dock, perfect for launching a paddleboard or kayak. When you come back up, enjoy the private outdoor shower for an easy clean-up.
Note that this home does have a 3rd level master suite, but this is not included nor available for rental use.
